Shipping Terms & Privacy Policy
Always Ready Rocketry, LLC Base Shipping Rates are ESTIMATES ONLY, and are based on the total value of your order. ARR cannot determine the actual FedEx charges for shipping, and if additional shipping charges will be needed, until the order is boxed and weighed. With the exception of Casting Tubes & Liners, multiple, oversized or heavy boxes, most orders will ship for the amount in the table below.

If possible for large or heavy orders like casting tubes or multiple 7.5 airframes, please provide a commercial address or a FedEx Office Store location near you to ship to. It will reduce your shipping costs by at least $4.00 per box. 72″ lengths of airframe, additional or heavy boxes, WILL require additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email or phone concerning any additional shipping amount that may be required.
!! Customer Terms of Sale !!
♦ The customer, not ARR, is responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. You will need to provide a secure delivery location or have someone present to receive your order.
♦ Damage can occur in shipping that is apparent on the exterior of the packaging or concealed within the packaging.
♦ Upon receiving your order, open and inspect all packages for concealed damage and notify and file an immediate damage claim with the carrier. Please include a description and photos of the damaged products to the carrier to provide proof of your damage claim.
Returns & Exchange Policy
♦ You may return any products within 30 days of purchase.
♦ Cancelled Orders will be assessed a 4% Restocking Fee.
♦ Contact ARR to obtain a Return Authorization, and briefly describe the reason for the return.
♦ The product must not be cut or damaged and in resalable condition.
♦ The customer is responsible for proper packaging and the return shipping charges. Insurance is suggested.
♦ After the product has been received and inspected, ARR will refund the purchase price, less the original shipping charges and a 4% Restocking Fee.

** International Orders**
It is becoming more difficult to process orders from our international friends.
We will need the following additional information to better process your order.
♦International Orders will no longer be placed directly thru the website. To insure accuracy all order requests will be sent by email to sales@alwaysreadyrocketry.com, and after terms and pricing are agreed upon, an Invoice will be sent for payment.
♦ A valid email address that is checked at least every 12 hours.
♦ The shipping address must be compatible with the United States Postal Service.
This is the only method available to us for shipping Internationally.
♦ Add sales@alwaysreadyrocketry.com to your spam filter as a valid email address so we can communicate in a more timely fashion.
